The goal for Crompton Coaching Club’s brand identity was to capture its energy, ambition, and empowering ethos while reflecting the world-class expertise of its founder, Olympian Grace Crompton. Built around the club’s mission to inspire and develop the next generation of female rugby players, the brand needed to balance high-performance credibility with a warm, approachable community spirit.
Rooted in strength, confidence, and connection, the design system blends bold, dynamic typography with a modern colour palette that conveys both power and positivity. Strong visual motifs and purposeful layouts communicate the professionalism of elite coaching, while still feeling inviting and inclusive for players at every stage.
Our collaboration began with developing a robust brand foundation, defining the club’s positioning, tone of voice, and visual principles. Once the brand identity was finalised, we rolled it out across social graphics designed to energise, inform, and engage the community. The result is a brand that champions athletic excellence while creating a space where girls feel supported to learn, grow, and lead - on and off the pitch.
